Managed support, not best effort
Every request becomes a ticket with a reference number, an owner and a response target you agreed in advance. You can see what was raised, who picked it up and when it closed.
Most clients work on a monthly plan covering an agreed block of hours, so support is a predictable line in the budget rather than a surprise. Project work is scoped and quoted separately before anything starts.
